Sneakers can be tried on indoors only. No wear on the soles.

Return shipping is on you.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Swap for another size if we have it. Or get a refund to your original payment method once the item is back with us and checked.

FINAL SALE

Founders Club, numbered and limited pieces can't be returned for change of mind. Scarcity is the point.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM

That's on us. Contact us with your order number and photos. We cover return shipping and sort a repair, replacement or refund. This applies to every item, final sale included, and doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
